(AFP/Pool/File) - File picture dated September 13, 2005 shows a military C-130 plane flying by the Lakefront Airport as it sprays insecticide over parts of New Orleans, Louisiana, USA. At least 116 people, many of them journalists, were killed when an aging Iranian military transport plane suffered engine failure and smashed into a densely populated residential area of Tehran amid thick smog.(AFP/Pool/File/Brian Snyder)
