SEC lawsuit against Siebel dismissed (SiliconValley.com)

SiliconValley.com - A federal judge Thursday dismissed a Securities and Exchange Commission lawsuit against Siebel Systems that alleged two top executives had violated a controversial rule that forbids officials from sharing important information with analysts without telling all investors.
