Deputy who rear-ended tow truck pleads not guilty to DUI

SAN DIEGO, 4:14 p.m. Nov. 14 (SIGNONSANDIEGO): An off-duty sheriff's deputy whose heavy-duty pickup rear-ended a tow truck in a freeway median, seriously injuring the tow truck driver and a motorist he was assisting, pleaded not guilty Tuesday to a pair of DUI charges.
