(Reuters) - Former Enron Chief Accounting Officer Rick Causey enters FBI headquarters in Houston to surrender to authorities to face charges related to the energy giant's financial collapse, in this January 22, 2004 file photo. Plea negotiations between federal prosecutors and Causey are back on, and a deal may be reached as early as this week, according to a December 25 report in the Houston Chronicle.
