iPod Video Gym Exercises

Filed under: iPod Family, Odds and ends Here's an interesting idea. We've all seen people using iPods at the gym; I do it myself. Someone has created a site called iPod Gym with iPod video files of common exercises you can do at a gym. There are over 80 videos available for download onto your iPod. They show you the correct way to perform the exercise and suggest an appropriate number of repetitions for each exercise. Wouldn't it be interesting if you could go to your gym, plug your iPod into a piece of gym equipment and it'd load up an instructional video of how to use the equipment.
