A very expensive ballot

A poll worker noticed quite the unusual stamp that came in on an envelope that had an absentee ballot, the famous "Inverted Jenny". There was no name on the envelope, and it had to be sealed according to election law, so it will be 22 months before they (probably the courts) decide what to do with it.
