Washington —- Two generations divide Natasha Lawson from the Rev. Martin Luther King Jr., but the Augusta State University freshman believes that if it were not for King she wouldn't be who she is today. Lawson is among 50 students nationwide chosen to attend today's groundbreaking on the National Mall for a monument to King that was a decade in the making. "He just accomplished so much and I think it was amazing what he did," said Lawson, 18, of Augusta. "It just shows that anyone with a dream can do it if they have determination and are willing to do it."
