Regulation snags unlikely to curb E.ON's UK ambitions

LONDON (Reuters) - Regulators are likely to approve any takeover by German energy giant E.ON EONG.DE of the country's fifth largest utility, Scottish Power SPW.L, but they could set conditions, including asset sales.
