Could Tech Eliminate Passport at WA-BC Border?

By June of 2009 you'll need a passport to cross into the U-S from Canada. That is unless state officials can figure out an alternative that doesn't sacrifice homeland security. Correspondent Austin Jenkins reports there's a new pilot project in Washington that aims to do just that.
