Viasys Buys Maker of Sleep Apnea Treatment Equipment

By Linda Loyd, The Philadelphia Inquirer Nov. 14--Viasys Healthcare Inc., a Conshohocken medical device maker, said today it bought privately-owned Hoffman Laboratories LLC, which manufactures therapeutic products used to treat people with obstructive sleep apnea.
