New media plays a key role in BtoB marketing now. I often get asked how new media features in the BtoB space. New research just out from KnowledgeStorm and Universal McCann shows that blogs, podcasts, wikis and RSS feeds are evolving into key elements of the B2B marketer's online toolkit. The study polled 3,900 B2B technology buyers and found that not only are they interested in these new delivery channels, they are using them to gather information and make decisions. If you have a BtoB audience you need to include these communication tools in your Internet marketing strategy. Create and publish RSS feeds is an easy first step.
