Motorola in $1.6 billion deal with Chinese phone distribution company

U.S. mobile phone company Motorola Inc. and Chinese company Shenzhen Telling Telecom Development Company Ltd have signed an agreement under which Shenzhen Telling will sell Motorola's handsets.
