Stop Warrantless Spying in the Lame Duck Session

This is from an email I got this afternoon: Patriots to Restore Checks and Balances (PRCB) today called on Congress to oppose legislation authorizing the administration’s warrantless domestic spying program during the lame duck session, despite the urging of President Bush to approve the program. PRCB also raised concerns that Congress could grant immunity to telecommunications companies that turned over their customers’ private information to the National Security Agency (NSA), a violation of state laws and regulations.
