News Out Of Fargo, ND. Library Board officials are offering naming rights to donors, to try to raise more money for a new downtown library and two branch libraries. Under the new policy, individual donors may buy naming rights for a library building or conference rooms and other major areas within them. Corporations may buy naming rights within a library, but not for the building itself. The Fargo LISNews Public Library Librarian Break Room has a nice ring to it.
