NatWest Three refused permission to stay in Britain before trial

HOUSTON - The NatWest Three bankers who are currently in the Unites States facing trial for their involvement in the Enron scandal cannot fly home to await trial, Judge Stephen Smith ruled yesterday. Furthermore David Bermingham, Gary Mulgrew and Giles Darby have been set a bail of $4 million (£2.1 million).
