Taiwan memory makers set for 1GB microSD card volume production

Thanks to Samsung Electronics' smooth volume production of 63nm NAND flash, Taiwan memory module houses are now able to obtain sufficient stock and volume produce microSD cards with memory densities of 1GB or above, according to sources at local memory card module makers.
