RBC Centura: Divestiture deal was 'call to action'

Days after announcing it would buy up the 39 of the AmSouth Bank branches to be sold as part of AmSouth Bancorporation's $10 billion merger with Regions Financial Corp., RBC Centura sent a team of executives, led by CEO Scott Custer, to Alabama to meet with employees in its newly acquired franchise.
