Thousands Dying From Bootleg Vodka

A state of emergency has been declared in the Irkutsk region of Siberia after thousands of men and women were hospitalised from drinking "counterfeit vodka". About 3,500 people die every month from alcohol poisoning in Russia, writes Sky News Moscow Correspondent Alex Rossi.
