Open enrollment starts Wednesday for the Medicare prescription drug program, and WIS is working to answer your questions about the process. Wednesday during our 5pm, 6pm and 7pm newscasts, we'll open up our phone bank staffed with experts who can answer your questions about Medicare Part D.
