Maoists not terrorists, says DIG SSB

Ranidanga (Indo-Nepal border), Nov 13: Maoists are not terrorists or enemies of the state, but a certain section of the population that has been misled by people having some self- interest, claimed the Deputy Inspector General of the Sashastra Seema Bal's 22nd Battalion, GS Sayana.
